I became an osteopathic manual practitioner because I wanted to offer care that feels thoughtful, thorough, and human. My goal is to listen carefully and look at the bigger picture. I look at how your body moves, your daily habits, and your overall well-being. Patients often tell me they appreciate the time we spend connecting the dots about their health. Outside of the clinic, I love simple joys like spending time outdoors and learning new things about the body. I’m always curious about how the body works together and how we can heal.
Every body tells a story. I look at how your posture, movement, and daily habits affect your overall health. Treatment is gentle and tailored, with time to talk through your questions so you feel informed and involved.
I value education, collaboration, and whole-body health. My goal isn’t just to provide relief, but to help you better understand your body so you can feel confident in your own health journey.
Your body is an intelligent, self-healing system where everything is interconnected.
Rather than treating symptoms, I help identify the underlying patterns that may be creating dysfunction throughout your entire body by understanding how your joints move, how different tissue layers interact, and where restrictions might exist.
Every layer of your body tells a story.
Your skin, fascia, muscles, bones, and ligaments all exist on different planes but work as one integrated system, and when one area becomes restricted or imbalanced, it creates compensations throughout the entire network.
The beautiful thing is that your body already knows how to heal itself.
My role isn't to "fix" you, but rather to help identify and remove the barriers that are preventing your natural healing processes from working optimally, whether you're dealing with pain, mobility restrictions, or simply want to optimize your body's function.
Everything in your body is connected in surprising ways.
A migraine might actually stem from patterns that also contribute to acid reflux, an old ankle injury could be affecting your neck pain, jaw tension can create shoulder problems, hip restrictions might cause knee pain, or digestive issues could be related to breathing pattern dysfunction and back tension. I can help to figure out those patterns so your body can function differently.
I would love to hear from you, please reach out if you have any questions and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
